Words cannot express how happy I was to find Rachel to do hair/makeup for my wedding this summer. I had tried to get a girl I've known for years but she was busy, and what luck that I found Rachel! I was a bit vague, but knew that I wanted a natural, glowing look. She listened, added her own suggestions and just did a fabulous job! She did my hair & makeup, and my bridesmaids' makeup and I have to say we all looked and felt our drop-dead gorgeous best. Her assistant fell ill at the last minute and she had a backup there within the hour who did my bridesmaid's hair and everything went smoothly. Rachel is the best make-up artist I have ever worked with. She did my make-up for my engagement photos and I was so impressed I asked her to drive out to the Kawarthas to do my bridal party! She was on-time, and to be honest she is under-priced for the wonderful work she does! My whole wedding party looked so wonderful, the photographer couldn't get a bad shot! I consider myself very lucky to have found Rachel while googling for a makeup artist that had experience with makeup application for women with ethnic skin. I am a black female and as many ethnic women would agree, it is very difficult to find makeup that closely matches our complection, let alone find a makeup artist that would do this AND be skilled enough to pull off a fabulous look.
